Welcome to Restoration Faith Bilingual Nursery And Primary School. Applicable law and settlement of disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cameroon.
Divisibility
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
Restoration Faith’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Full Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Restoration Faith regarding your access to and use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the Services.
